These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of
fliXzon Commerce GmbH (“Seller”).
The purchase contract is concluded with fliXzon Commerce GmbH.
By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email.
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We do not permanently store the contract text. However, you can print the order details immediately after submitting your order and will also receive them via email along with your order confirmation.
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated product prices. Further information on shipping costs can be found on the respective product page or during the ordering process.
Delivery is only within Germany.
The delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days.
If an item is not available, we reserve the right not to accept the order.
Delivery delays will be communicated to the customer immediately.

Your account will be debited immediately after your order is received.
There are no additional fees for the payment methods offered.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

The statutory liability for defects applies.
We are liable without limitation for claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents:
in case of injury to life, body or health
in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed
to the extent that the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is open
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the amount of damage typically foreseeable under the contract.
Any further liability is excluded.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
